nursing professionals are highly qualified, efficient and motivated

Ever since we were founded, it has been our goal to make the working stay in Germany as pleasant as possible for nurses.
We therefore place nursing professionals in a targeted and timely manner who already have full recognition in Germany and are already working here in the field of healthcare.
In addition, we also provide professionals directly from the Philippines. In
close cooperation with POEA-accredited agencies in Manila and selected
language schools, we prepare the nursing staff there for the long-term
assignment on the German labor market: After four years of training at the country's leading universities
, all nursing staff have earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) . The
subsequent training and recognition process lasts up to 12 months and
ensures that the candidates correspond to the required knowledge
profile. The training is financed on the basis of an advance payment, which is made by the German cooperation partners.
The Filipino specialists are given serious advice on site and provided with flawless contracts. During the language training, they are made aware of the topic of "loyalty to the employer". This later benefits the care partners, who can rely on full compliance with the employment contracts.
LANGUAGE
Our selected German partner language schools prepare the nursing staff for work on the German job market.
You
will receive first-class language training as well as a comprehensive
cultural introduction to the habits of the host country Germany and a
positive characterization of the aspect of loyalty towards future
employers. Experience has
shown that qualified didactics and the implementation of mock exams
under real exam conditions lead to an above-average pass rate in the
language exams (up to level German B2).
During the language training, TRANCSURA initiates the recognition process of professional qualifications in Germany.
So nothing stands in the way of a successful career start in Germany.
INTEGRATION
The Philippines can look back on a long tradition as a “work-abroad nation”. No other country sends more workers abroad as a percentage of the total population.
The widespread use of the official language English has a facilitating effect on integration.
