The profiles of the selected candidates are submitted to the clients for selection. The decision in favour of an applicant is the sole responsibility of the client.
The personnel service provider supports the client in the realisation of job interviews. The interviews take place virtually - e.g. as a video interview - and in the presence of a translator or employee provided by the recruitment agency.
